Demolition of existing roof, weatherproofing and reconstruction with original materials on the facade.
Works: placement of new wooden beams, and sandwich panel on the roof, restoring mortar application, metalic temporary braces on load-bearing walls, several mortars.

Type of construction: Replacement of roof and floor slabs

Works: construction of a driveband for new and rehabilitated wooden beams, preparation for metal reinforcement, restoring mortar application, trowel finish, plaster board enclosures, bamboo parquet laying. Sanitation, plumbing, electrical and telecommunications installations.

Abstract: Structural rehabilitation of a dwelling building.
Type of construction: Replacement of roof and floor slabs, temporary bracing members on ground floor garage.
Review of the rehabilitation, process definition, control of the construction projects.
Materials employed: Steel beams structure, recuperation of wooden and concrete beams, placement of sandwich panels, restoring mortar application, metal temporary bracing members IPN 450 on load-bearing walls for 5 floors, trowel finish. Sanitation installation.
