Works: Excavation, brick masonry, concrete structure, roof covering of spanish tile and weatherproofing, floor ceramic tile, mortar facade, stone and paint finish, stone cladding, IPE laminate flooring, polished cement, Corian, black aluminum technal, glass railings, underfloor heating, domotics, gardening, cobblestone pavement, iron garage doors. Pools with Jacuzzi and waterfall.

Works: Excavation, foundations and reinforced concrete structure, enclosures and interior divisions, high quality materials finishes (corian, silestone, marble, large tiles, etc), suspended ceilings and stone cladding. Pool with waterfall.

Detailed studies and planning of the execution as well as safety and health evaluation due to difficulties on the execution to resolve the slope of the ground.

Type of construction: Single family dwelling close to the sea.

Works: Excavations, foundations and frame structure of reinforce concrete, wooden and concrete floor slab. Stone cladding. Gable roofs and gardening. Lift. Floor clay tile. Installations. Enclosures and interior divisions of plaster with perlite and plaster board ceilings.

San Francisco st, Palma

Our work ranges from demolition of an existing building to reinforcement of an adjacent building and construction of luxury housing.

Type of construction: Infill building in the old quarter of Palma.

Works: Demolition of an existing building, excavations, metal structural reinforcement of an adjacent building, foundations, steel and concrete structure. Lift, gym and Jacuzzi, underfloor heating, chimney, last generation domotics. Enclosures of plaster and Santanyi stone cladding, Binissalem stone floors, plaster board suspended ceilings, marble staircase.

Palma – Calle Monterey

Our work embrace assessment location, in collaboration with the developer for the smooth running of the project, analyze technical data to reduce costs to our customer.
